Letnyaya Kapusta provides professional repair services for electronics, appliances, furniture, and general home repairs. The specific details of each service are described on our Site or will be agreed upon in a written estimate before work begins.
Our repair services are available throughout the United Kingdom. Service availability may vary by location and service type. We reserve the right to refuse service based on technological limitations, safety concerns, or if the repair is not economically viable.
Before performing any repair service, we will provide an estimate of the cost and time required. This estimate is based on our initial assessment and may be subject to change if additional issues are discovered during the repair process. If the final cost is expected to exceed the estimate by more than 20%, we will seek your approval before proceeding.
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Site.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Site and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Letnyaya Kapusta and its licensors. The Site is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United Kingdom and foreign countries. The prices for our Services are listed on our Site or will be provided in a written estimate. All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We accept payment by credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers, and cash (for in-person services only). Payment is required upon completion of the repair service unless otherwise agreed in writing. For certain services, we may require a deposit before work begins.
We will provide an itemized invoice for all services performed, including parts, labor, and any applicable taxes or fees. All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified.
We provide a 90-day warranty on all labor performed and parts supplied by us. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials under normal use. The warranty does not cover:

Except as expressly provided in these Terms, all services and products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
You may cancel a scheduled service appointment at no cost with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service call fee.
If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will assess the issue and may offer to rectify the problem, provide a partial refund, or issue a full refund, at our discretion.
Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Letnyaya Kapusta, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Letnyaya Kapusta, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
When providing repair services for electronic devices, we take reasonable precautions to prevent data loss. However, we strongly recommend that you back up all data before submitting your device for repair. Letnyaya Kapusta is not responsible for data loss that may occur during the repair process.
By submitting your device for repair, you acknowledge that:
If you do not retrieve your item within 30 days after being notified that the repair is complete (or that the item cannot be repaired), we will consider the item abandoned. We will attempt to contact you using the information you provided. After 90 days, abandoned items may be disposed of or recycled in accordance with applicable laws, and you may be charged storage fees for the period the item remained unclaimed.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause.
The seat of the arbitration shall be London, England. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The number of arbitrators shall be one.
This arbitration agreement does not preclude you from bringing issues to the attention of consumer protection authorities or seeking remedies in small claims court for disputes within that court's jurisdiction.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Services.
